Does this outfit look good?

I%26#039;m running for Student Council President (i know nerdy :)...), and I have to give my speach in front of 1000 students. There is no rule about how to dress, but I wanted to dress KINDA nice, but not nearly nice enough that I would look dressed up.

Also, you could get away with a white skirt. It wouldn%26#039;t look too dressy and it would be so cute!
Reply:With a good pedicure, it%26#039;s a fresh looking casual. I%26#039;d go with a slightly fancier sandal, but that%26#039;s just me.
Reply:I like the shirt and the shorts, however I would get a pair of bermuda shorts instead of the shorter ones you have. and replace the flip flops with a wedge heel shoes that shows only your big toe or a brown pump. Also you need some accessories like two brown bracelets and an optional matching necklace.
Reply:The outfit looks fine but the sandals are too casual. They are beach wear. Try a jewelled pair that will sparkle in the sun and have more heel, maybe a low one, but are not going to make an awful sound when you walk onto a dais.
