well for christmas my mom got me uggs and there the tall zipper ones. and my mom bought them at a retail store. now it%26#039;s feb.5 an about a month ago...part of the zipper just became loose and so the zipper teared out.....then the zip cmae of from one side nad needs to be ziped back on to the other side!!!!! please help wat do i do will a shoe taylor fix it ?!!?!?!?!?!! my dad said they might need 2 replace the whole zip? is that possible?
My uggs ar damaged?!!!!!?
Contact Uggs.com and read their policy on damaged stuff. They have a warranty so u should be fine.

Reply:never heard or ones with zippers. mine are pull on. how did it break? take it back to the store, or to a shoe repair place.
